This agreement
These terms apply between you and Artquil Private Limited when you engage us to produce video through the platform. Engaging us — by sending a brief and accepting the work — means accepting them.
Our registered company identifiers (CIN, GST) are [to be confirmed].
What we provide
We generate video from the prompts you supply, including narration, music and sound effects where your brief calls for them, and deliver finished files in the ratios agreed.
Artquil is in active development. Features described on this site represent the platform as we are building it; specifications may change, and we will tell you when something you depend on does.
What you supply
You keep ownership of everything you send us — prompts, product information, brand assets, reference media.
You confirm that you have the right to use what you send, and that supplying it to us does not infringe anyone else's rights. If you send us material you do not have permission to use, that is your responsibility rather than ours.
- Do not send material you do not have the rights to
- Do not ask us to reproduce a real person's face or voice without their consent
- Do not ask us to present generated performers as real customers or reviewers
What you get
You own the video we deliver to you, and may publish, edit and use it commercially.
Generative models do not produce guaranteed-unique output. We cannot promise that a rendered video is unlike anything else that exists, and we do not indemnify you against a third-party claim arising from your use of it.
We retain the right to describe the fact that we worked with you, unless you ask us not to.
Acceptable use
We will not produce, and you agree not to request:
- Material that impersonates a real person or organisation
- Fabricated reviews, testimonials or endorsements presented as genuine
- Content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that targets a private individual
- Sexual content involving minors, or any material that sexualises a real person without consent
- Anything designed to deceive a viewer about who is speaking to them
We may decline or stop work that falls into any of the above, and we will say why.
Fees and payment
Pricing is agreed in writing before work begins. Unless the engagement says otherwise, invoices are payable within [to be confirmed] days.
Where a schedule of work has been agreed, we will tell you before doing anything that changes the amount.
Changes and re-renders
Because the prompt drives the pipeline, a change of direction is usually a re-render rather than a revision. The scope of included re-renders is set out in your engagement; work beyond it is quoted before it is done.
Cancellation
Either side may end an engagement with [to be confirmed] days' written notice. Work completed up to that point is payable. See the refunds and cancellation policy for how this works in practice.
Liability
We are a small company and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost revenue, lost opportunity, or the commercial performance of a video.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. [to be confirmed]
